62 years of marriage

The Polish Ambassador to Israel, Jacek Chodorowicz, presented medals and certificates of honor signed by Polish President Andrzej Duda to Dr. Hillel Goldberg and his wife Leah in recognition of their 62 years of marriage. Lists of Fame and Shame

The list of European tourist destinations is long, but the list of European targets of terrorists is catching up quickly: Berlin, Brussels, London, Madrid, Moscow, Nice, Paris, Stockholm. These and others have been the site of violent attacks ending in tragedy. Weapons include bombs, knives and ordinary cars. And why only think of Europe? Bali, […]

Palestinian Martyrs Earn Pension for Life

In the Palestinian Authority, a sure way of guaranteeing family income is to become a martyr or to land in an Israeli prison. Foreign aid subsidizes that income and inspires ongoing terrorism. A Palestinian Media Watch report (“PA defies US, will raise payments to martyrs’ families,” April 9, 2017) has revealed that payments to the […]

The report condemned Israel claiming medical services for Palestinian-Arabs were being […]

But they refused. Recently, Israeli doctors in Jerusalem performed surgery on the 17-hour-old girl and put all the organs back in […]

Inspiring scenes in Israel

What do the following stories all have in common? A curious message was left on our answering machine in Jerusalem a few days ago: A store clerk called and said my father had been at the pharmacy and forgotten two shekels of change on the counter. If my father wanted the coin, he should come […]

Good News from Israel

Arabs choose Israel Mayor Dulan abu-Saleh, the leader of Majdal Shams, the largest Druze town on the Golan Heights, is angry…at the United Nations. For decades, the UN has condemned Israel for “imposing economic and social hardships on his community,” but the Arab mayor calls it a “total joke.” (Makor Rishon, July 29, 2016) He […]
